Use of separate camera for checking products in cavity. This is separate camera other than machine
camera. This is linked with recovery system only.
Here in all 500 mm length is required on guide track before machine camera for fixing camera with
recovery system. Height of camera based recovery system is 700 mm.
Max. scanning area of proposed camera for recovery will be 200 X 120 mm.
Proposed camera only provide Good & Bad blister status. Partial output is not available.
Camera assembly has 100 mm up down motion provision for setting easiness.
Proposed camera is suitable up to 3 track blister formats.
Proposed system is not 21 CFR compliant.
Recovery system speed is up to 220 blisters per minute.
Proposed recovery is for two track products. Separate change part need to be purchased for 3 track
blister formats.
Proposed recovery filtered compressed air is required. Max. 6 to 8 CFM air is consumed for
recovery operation for three track product.
Separate half Kg collection tank is used for recovery tablet storage. The tablet need to be manually
inspected prior to re packing.
