Specifications
- Proposed collator is suitable up to 150 sachets per minute.
- Collation stack is programmable from 5 to 30.
- Size of sachets for collation is from 50 X 50 sachet to 110 X 110 mm size.
- Delivery of collated sachets will be on delivery conveyor.
- Sachets will be picked up at the output of check wear machine.
- Length of entire collator is 1.5 meter.
- Collation machine use PLC & HMI for its operation control.
